1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Duration

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time: 4–7 working days (Metro cities)
  • Non-metro, small towns, and remote areas: 5–9 working days

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Order volume
  • Courier service availability
  • Festivals, holidays, or weather conditions

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.
  • You can use the tracking link to follow the shipment status in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unreachable or address is incorrect, the order will be returned to us.

After return:

  • We will contact you for re-shipping.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide:

  • Correct full name
  • Complete address with pincode
  • Active phone number

Jyova Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged
  • Tampered
  • Opened
  • Leaking or broken

Please do not accept the delivery.

Instead:

  1. Take clear photos or video of the package
  2. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery attempt

We will arrange a replacement or return as per our policy.


8. Delivery Restrictions

Some pin codes may not be serviceable due to:

  • Remote location
  • Courier limitations
  • Natural or political disruptions

In such cases, we will inform you and process a refund if needed.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping is not available at this moment.


10. Delay Disclaimer

While we try to deliver within the promised timeline, some delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics issues
  • Strikes or lockdowns
  • High order volume (festivals, sales)
