At Jyova Cosmetics, we aim to provide high-quality beauty products with complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item is defective or expired

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Opened skincare/makeup items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original packaging

2. Return Process

  • Share your order ID and product images
  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup where possible

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refund mode will match the original payment method (via Razorpay)

4. Order Cancellation

You can cancel before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
