1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item is defective or expired
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Opened skincare/makeup items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original packaging
2. Return Process

- Share your order ID and product images
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup where possible
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refund mode will match the original payment method (via Razorpay)
4. Order Cancellation
You can cancel before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
